The tournament was announced by Attitude Era Wrestling and the winning team of the tournament will get a shot at the AEW Tag Team Championship, the tournament is rumored to end at The Last Stand.

On the May 18, 2015 episode of Concussion, Paul Heyman announced a tournament entitled the Road to Superclash with the winner of the tournament facing AEW World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns at Superclash IV.

1. ^ Austin Aries was originally suppose to face Kevin Owens, but on the May 25 episode of Concussion, The Legacy, Magnus, Sheamus and Drew Galloway attacked Aries and put him out, Heyman announced that Orton would take Aries' place.
2. ^ Bram was originally suppose to face Adam Cole, but on the May 25 episode of Concussion, The Legacy, Magnus, Sheamus and Drew Galloway attacked Bram and put him out, Heyman announced that Magnus would take Bram's place.
