Payback (2015) is an upcoming professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by IWE. It will take place on May 17, 2015 at the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, Maryland. It will be the third event under the Payback chronology.

Payback will feature professional wrestling matches that involved wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds, plots, and storylines that play out on IWE's primary television programs, Raw and SmackDown. Wrestlers will portray heroes or villains as they follow a series of events that build tension and culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches.

At Extreme Rules, Dustin Simpson defeated Rusev in a Russian Chain match to retain the United States Championship. Later in the event, after visiting The Authority, Lana announced that Simpson would face Rusev in a "I Quit" match for the title at the event.

At Extreme Rules, Seth Rollins defeated Kevin Orton in a Steel Cage match to retain the IWE World Heavyweight Championship. On the April 27 episode of Raw, the fans had voted on the IWE App that they chose that Orton and Roman Reigns would face Rollins in a triple threat match for the title at the event.
