IWE is a professional wrestling promotion based in Stamford, Connecticut. Title reigns are either determined by professional wrestling matches or are awarded to a wrestler, as a result of the culmination of various scripted storylines. IWE assigns its employees onto two programs or divisions known as IWE Brands. The two brands and programs are Raw and SmackDown. Every month there is one pay-per-view produced by IWE. Currently there are four active singles championships, one active tag team championship, a championship for the female wrestlers, and an unsanctioned title. Eight wrestlers currently hold the championships. The list includes the number of times the wrestler has held the title, the date and location of the win, and a description of the winning bout. The following is correct as of October 4, 2011.

At the top of IWE's championship hierarchy, the IWE Championship is currently held by CM Punk who is in his second reign as IWE Champion, while the World Heavyweight Championship is held by The Big Show. Punk won the IWE Championship on November 20, 2011 at Survivor Series when he defeated Alberto Del Rio , while Show is in his second reign as World Heavyweight Champion after defeating Sheamus at Hell in a Cell on October 28, 2012.

The two secondary titles in IWE are the IWE Intercontinental Championship and the IWE United States Championship. The current Intercontinental Champion is Jose Serrano, who is in his fourth reign after defeating The Miz during the October 17 taping of Main Event on October 16, 2012. Antonio Cesaro is in his first reign as United States Champion, winning the title at SummerSlam on August 19, 2012, defeating Santino Marella. Team Hell No (Kody Brown & Kane) are the current holders of the IWE Tag Team Championship, who are in their first reign as a team (second reign for Kane individually). They defeated B-Truth & Jose Serrano in Boston, Massachusetts at Night of Champions on September 16, 2012.

There is one championship that is challenged by female wrestlers. Nicole is presently in her third reign as IWE Divas Champion as a result of defeating Victoria at Night of Champions on September 16, 2012.
