Background
The card will include matches resulting from scripted storylines and have results predetermined by WIW on the Rage brand, one of WIW's brand divisions. Storylines are produced on WIW's weekly television show Rage.
At World War, Kevin McAlmond co-won the men's World War Rumble match with Corbin Edwards, it would be announced by the Rage General Manager Rex Martin and ShowDown General Manager Turf Finnegan that both would go for their respective brands championship, however due to the controversal outcome of the Rumble match and both would defend their opportunities at their brands next PPV events. The next day, Rage General Manger Rex Martin announced that McAlmond's opportunity would be defended in a Elimination Chamber match and the winner would face Tyler Mane for the WIW World Championship at SuperBrawl X. Five qualification matches were scheduled. The first two will be contested on the January 31 episode of Rage. First, Mad Hanson will face Chris LaGreca in a steel cage last man standing match and Chris Gomez will face Damian Lufborough.
