Hell in a Cell (2012) is an upcoming professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by IWE that will take place on October 28, 2012 at Philips Arena in Atlanta. It will be the fourth annual Hell in a Cell event.

Hell in a Cell (2012) will feature professional wrestling matches that involve different wrestlers from pre-existing feuds, plots, and story lines that have been played out on IWE's primary television programs. Wrestlers will portray villains or heroes as they follow a series of events that build tension and culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches. The lead up to the event will feature a tag team tournament to decide the number one contenders for the IWE Tag Team Championship.
