The stable is led by Roman Reigns and features his real-life cousins The Usos (Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso) and Solo Sikoa. Sami Zayn is an honorary member of the group and Paul Heyman serves as Reigns' special counsel.

Reigns is promoted as the Undisputed IWE Universal Champion, as he simultaneously holds both the IWE and Universal championships in his fourth and second respective reigns, having the longest reign of the latter. He also took on the nicknames "Tribal Chief" and "Head of the Table" in reference to his leadership of his family.
