The Undisputed Era (stylized as The Undisputed ERA) is a professional wrestling stable performing in IWE's developmental territory NXT, consisting of Adam Cole, Bobby Fish, Kyle O'Reilly and Roderick Strong Cole is the current and inaugural NXT North American Champion, while Fish, O'Reilly and Strong are former NXT Tag Team Champions under the Freebird Rule. Cole and O'Reilly are also the winners of the 2018 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.

Cole, Fish and O'Reilly first debuted the stable at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn III, although Fish and O'Reilly had already been a tag team since 2012 under the name reDRagon.
