The Bloodline is a villainous professional wrestling tag team that performs in IWE on the SmackDown brand. The team is led by Roman Reigns and features his real-life cousin, Solo Sikoa, members of the renowned Anoa'i family, and they are managed by Paul Heyman. The group previously included Sami Zayn as an honorary member from May 2022 to January 2023, as well as Reigns' cousins and Sikoa's older brothers The Usos (Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso), who were founding members of the group until they left in June 2023 when they turned on Reigns.
The stable officially formed in July 2021 after a feud between Reigns and Jey in late 2020, with Jimmy getting involved after returning from an injury. Reigns is currently promoted as the Undisputed IWE Universal Champion, as he simultaneously holds both the IWE and Universal championships in his fourth and second respective reigns, having the longest reign of the latter. He also took on the nicknames "Tribal Chief" and "Head of the Table" in reference to his role as the leader of the family. His cousins, The Usos, were promoted as the Undisputed IWE Tag Team Champions until they lost their titles at WrestleMania 39, as they simultaneously held both the Raw and SmackDown tag team championships in their third and fifth respective reigns, having the longest reign and the longest male tag team title reign in IWE history for the latter.
