The next day, Rage General Manger Rex Martin announced that McAlmond's opportunity would be defended in a Elimination Chamber match and the winner would face Tyler Mane for the WIW World Championship at SuperBrawl X. Five qualification matches were scheduled. The first two will be contested on the January 31 episode of Rage.
