She is a two-time IWE Divas Champion and was the inaugural NXT Women's Champion in IWE's developmental branch, NXT. She is the only person to have held both championships concurrently, and as of July 2016, her 308-day reign as the NXT Women's Champion is still the longest in WWE history.
