Lv 7 Death is a Black Magic spell that is effective only to targets who's experience level is 7 or a multiple of 7. The effect of the spell is the instand reduction of the target's HP to 0 or the complete obliteration of the target, depending on circumstance.
Another version of Lv 7 Death is a Death spell taken to the 7th teir of mastery. This, however, is extremely uncontrollable and banned in 45 states.
