Mick Foley is a former wrestler and Hardcore legend known for working on brands such as WWE and ECW under his popular aliases Dude Love, Mankind and Cactus Jack, in June 2008 he returned to the reformed WWE now known as DXX in a special edition of Friday Night Mayhem in Iraq to commentate. Since then alongside Lily Aurora and Cowboy Ivan he has become the second official Play-By-Play commentator currently in Mayhem and the third commentator on the desk.
It was assumed his popularity and unbiased calling of the matches caused for general manager, Carari Grey ,to bring him back.
Foley uses his wrestling experiences during matches and unlike Lily or Ivan is unbiased in who he prefers, though there have been some hints that he prefers face superstars as opposed to heels. He has said he is working under DXX as a member of staff not a an active wrestler.
