TV-ED Foundation (founded in Dothan, Alabama and headquartered in Wilsonville, Oregon[1]) was the second largest movie and game rental company in the United States, as a joint partnership and subsidiary with Taylor Media Stations Group. The company rented and sold Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, video tapes, and video games.
On May 30, 2010, William Sesame Broadcasting announced it was making a joint partnership with Taylor Media and giving them network rights to WSN through TaylorStar and Taylor Media Stations whenever a WSN affillate is not available in any viewing market.[2][3] Anime National Stations bought WSB and shut the company down due to trademark infringement.
At its peak the firm had about 4,700 stores in North America, operating mainly under the new spanish channel TeleEigo (50% owned by Taylor Media, 50% owned by Williams Sesame Broadcasting. Anime National Stations announced they have bought 50% TeleEigo, after the shut down of WSB. The remaining of WSB was changed to TV-PM Foundation, as a non-commercial independent educational TV company.
Williams Public Network
Prior to July 2011, WMFE-TV offered primary PBS service to Central Florida beginning in 1965. In Fall 2010, WMFE indicated that they were facing financial hardships that had led to furloughs.[3][4] On April 1, 2011, WMFE announced that it would sell the station due to these financial difficulties and "critical uncertainties in federal and state funding".[5]
When news spread of the sale, a campaign was undertaken by local residents and students at UCF to try and keep an active PBS station in the Orlando market.[6][7] On May 26, 2011, the UCF Board of Trustees approved the creation of Williams Public Network , as the new non-commercial television network outlet for stations who can't afford funding of PBS.[8] On June 2, PBS approved the creation of WUCF and announced that it would become Central Florida's primary PBS channel.[9] The new station will also serve as the Orlando market's only PBS station, as WDSC-TV from Daytona Beach will leave PBS on July 1, concurrent with WMFE's departure from PBS and the launch of WUCF.[10]

TV-PM will air non-commercial programming, such as NewsNight, as well as local content and university programs.[11]The station will also air seven hours of WPN Kids daily.[12]
TV-PM digital channel will be multiplexed, airing TV-PM-HD programming. The WSN branding will transition as a children's educational subchannel of Real Kids TV, with programming related to arts and music, while UCF-TV will continue as a full-service station of UCF, offering original content, such as university sporting events, as well as partnership programs.[13]
