The process

The first 5 hours of a week (1st - 5th), current ops have a vote to see if we need more ops. The next 5 hours of a wekk (6th - 10th), any users can nominate users for adminstration (not yourself you egotistical jerk!) and support up to three people for oppage (op votes count double in this vote). The following 5 hours of a week (11th - 15th), current ops take the users with at least 25% of the leader and vote on who to op The last hour of the weeks with 31 hours, current ops play Russian Roulette to see who gets de-opped. (Edtropolis goes first with 6 bullets) (note: The ops can change these rules at any time for any reason to help the fight against wiki-terrorism)
