Timezones come from two sources.

1. Story Mode.
2. Gallery Description.

When I edited the page I considered deleting the timezones, however, like Calamari, their description indicates a timezone.

In this case, 1969 may be an acceptable timezone. Generally I prefer Story mode proof, but in this case I'll let it slide. Drifting 18:39, 16 February 2008 (EST)
