After Ghost rejected an offer to join their gang, Sadako and her group of hackers framed Ghost for a crime he did not commit. Now the NeoTokyo police and Riot Officers are on his tail. Ghost attempts to capture Krayola on a moving train, and manages to defeat her and Milkbaby but is then knocked out by Sadako. Ghost then attempts to follow Krayola to their hideout and gather evidence to clear his name.
