North Carolina Council (NCC) BBYO #57 is the larger council of the two in Eastern Region (the other being Virginia Council ), consisting of more than 350 Alephs and BBGs (of the 550 in Eastern).

Several cities in North Carolina comprimise the Council - Charlotte, Greensboro, Raleigh, Winston-Salem, Wilmington, and Fayateville, along with Roanoke VA (NCC Conventions are geographically closer to Roanoke than VAC Conventions).

A chapter in Asheville, NC called T'cheeya BBYO has been somewhat inactive but is under development.
