Growing up in a wealthy family, Caleb did not suffer much hardship in his life. He started fencing at the early age of three, together with his twin brother Max, and they sparred and generally lived a happy life for quite a while. Their parents were absent a fair amount of time, due to their work, but loved their children very much.
At 9, Caleb was left alone with their fencing instructor one day Max had the flu. To make a long story short, he was molested by the man, but never told anyone about it. The incident spurred him into a vortex of negative thoughts, also fueled by his inevitable destiny to become an Angel, and at sixteen, Caleb, no longer having an understanding of life, or of being alive, murdered his parents in an attempt to understand, and to find out if they were alive. Max saw him, and Caleb tried to kill him too, but was floored when he noticed the wounds he inflicted on his brother came right back to him.
Caleb left the house, was picked up in the street after collapsing in a bloody heap, and sent to the hospital. At the start of the apocalypse, he hadn't seen his brother for five years. That soon changed, but Caleb made no extra effort to interact with his twin.
Why should he? Max was no different from anyone else he could talk to.
As time progressed, Caleb ended up kidnapping Sheridan Reeves after she mistook him for Max. He eventually told her his story after having her in his posession for nearly three months.
Then he changed his appearance, released her and seemingly "disappeared".
Until he slaughtered Jason Reid when he found out he had been posing as Max, who Caleb had also disposed of a few weeks prior.
Eventually, Caleb blew himself up with King's Cross.

Aloof, uncaring, even apathetic at times. Caleb can be sadistic, but doesn't do it because he finds pleasure in it. He simply doesn't care. About anything. He's devoted to find and convert the Kamui, to get the upper hand, but doesn't care much for human beings in general.

Incapable of suffering damage unless his twin brother is injured at the same time. If they wound eachother, both suffer the injury. (Skin puncturing, not anything remotely mindrapey.) Skilled in fencing.

Caleb's journal was located at anticipatenight, his PB was Ran from Clover at first, then it changed to Izumi Shin from Hana Kimi, neither of which belong to Yuzu who played him until his demise.
