Governors

Retirements

Governors Tim Kent is running in the Republican presidential primary and is unlikely run for re-election if they win the Republican nomination. Otherwise, he's expected to run for re-election.

Governor Kyle Baccei, Republican incumbent and former Presidential candidate, is retiring after one term of service to run for SW Senate. Congressman Zapp Branningman has filed the FEC to run for his seat as a Republican [1]

Former Governor Brian Murphy retired and endorsed Alyson Cauthon, but then resigned. Governor Roberta Christmas may run for re-election, facing Cauthon in a presumptive primary election.
