Norman Osborn scales buildings and leaps from roof to roof with Mary Jane in tow. Peter chases them calling out to Nick Fury as he moves. He makes his way to the top of the Queensboro bridge.

• One of Harry’s hypnosis treatments is shown in a flashback. Dr. Warren plants suggestions into Harry’s mind that he will love his father more. Dr. Warren then reports to Norman that Harry is no longer nightmares and that the program words are in place. Norman then receives a call telling him that the Parkers declined his invitation.

• Norman goes to his office and injects himself with Oz. He morphs into the goblin and it is shown that Norman sees spectral forms which talk to him while he is in this form. Norman then meets with Spider-Man on a rooftop. This same encounter was seen through Peter’s perspective in Ultimate Spider-Man 26. Norman, in his delusional state, views Peter as having claws and mandibles.

• Norman throws MJ from the bridge. Peter dives after her as a S.H.I.E.L.D. helicopter arrives and begins firing on Norman. Peter catches MJ just inches from the water. He climbs back to the bridge and sets her down to find that she is not waking up.

Notes:

- It is seen that Norman Osborn can scale buildings, by using his claws to dig into the structure.

- Among the comments that Norman’s spectral imps mutter are the comments that Norman is a god, that he is death, and that Peter Parker is his son.
