• Nick Fury is seen to be giving the order to the S.H.I.E.L.D. helicopters to fire on Norman as he drops MJ from the Queensboro bridge. Norman screams out that it will take more than that.
• On the bridge, Peter tends to Mary Jane who wakes up. Peter realizes that she had fainted. Above them an explosion takes place, effects of the Norman/helicopter battle. Peter puts MJ in a taxi cab and tells her to go the abandoned warehouse at Cruz and 3rd and wait for him.
• Peter then attacks Norman, screaming that he will not allow Norman to hurt the people that he loves. Norman throws Peter form the bridge and retreats back towards his penthouse.
• Norman arrives back at his office and is preparing to inject himself with more Oz. He is interrupted by Harry who realizes that the Goblin is his father. Norman utters a command word “cellar door” and Harry passes out. Norman then injects himself with the Oz and becomes a larger more powerful form of the Goblin.
• Peter arrives and tries to subdue Norman. Norman beats him badly, tearing most of his mask off. Harry wakes up to see Norman strangling an unmasked Peter.
