Once again, Thames Ditton Tennis Club will be holding its immensely popular two-day tournament on 24/25 July, to be run by club coach Ollie Lloyd and the junior committee team.

• Open to junior members of Thames Ditton Tennis Club only
• Boys Under-14 and Under-11
• Girls Under-15
• Day One: Singles
• Day Two: American Doubles
• Cost: £25

HJC summer tournament.

This year the HJC tournament will take place over two days on Tuesday 24 and Wednesday 25 July, from 10am to 5pm. Once, again, our coach Ollie will be running the event, with a handful of parents helping out.

Format:

Day 1: Singles matches for U14 and U12 boys and U 15 girls throughout the day.

Day 2: A real emphasis on fun on this day where Ollie will put children together with different partners for each match and run a series of American doubles tournaments. Boys may partner girls and older children may partner younger children to give the play a good spread. This will be followed by prize giving and a barbecue early evening.

HOW TO ENTER:

Boys aged 14 and under and Girls 15 and under from Thames Ditton LTC can enter the 2-day event and you must play for the two days - Please use the form opposite - Closing date for entries: Monday 16 July - Limited to first 40 entries received - You will be advised shortly after this date if you do NOT make it on to the 40 places, but will be put on the waiting list.

AT THE EVENT:

- Please be available from 10am on both days and expect to play all day. - All children should bring a packed lunch and snacks, squash will be available in the kitchen. - Tennis attire must be worn, together with tennis shoes with non-marking soles. - Prizes for lots of different categories and goody bags will be provided - In the event of rain, some children may be taken up to KGS astroturf courts to play. - The cost for the two days including tournament, prizes and barbecue is £25 per child. - All entries must be back before 16 July.
