Satanic Music of Erich Zann is song by The Coarse Smell of Burning Decayed Flesh. It was made and recorded in late 2007 and published on The Curse of the Virgin Earth. It's lyrics and music is made by Xavier Scullcrusher. It's also singed by him. It was one of the first songs of The Coarse Smell of Burning Decayed Flesh. When published, it was most progressive songs by that band. It was very close of neoclassic metal.

In this song there's uncommon guitar sound: the guitar is mixed very thin and sharp. However, it's not used palm muted guitar, it's just mixed sound like that. In song there's also notable drum fills and solos. During the song, it develops very interesting way: it starts with viola and it ends with viola, similar than the first one. Notable is also the guitar solos: they are very uncommon and the song really don't repeat itself.
The viola is played by Caroline F. E. MacPoor. He plays in the New Philadelhpia philharmonics.
