CampaignsTV Superheroes is a superheroic campaign set in a composite universe based primarily (but not exclusively) on such TV superheroes as the Bionic Man, Michael Knight and the Invisible Man. The campaign uses the 4th Edition of the Hero System rules and features characters that fit thematically with the source material and that tie into selected elements from the numerous shows that make up the game world. | |

House RulesA character may purchase Negative Penalty Skill Levels to use against other characters. This Attack/Special Power imposes situational OCV penalties on the target. When buying Followers, a character may more efficiently purchase Followers of differing point scales by splitting Followers. Characters may buy Lightning Reflexes at a reduced cost of 1 point per +1 Initiative in general, or 2 points per +3 Initiative for a single action or maneuver. | |
