Acquired July 12th, 2006 by agents Mink, Marten, Polecat, Lutra, Sable, Weasel & Wolverine during Operation Persistent Umlaut from coolcatana the garter now rests safely in The Shrine. Noted for its mesmerizing powers the PLFOF has been conducting experiments on it's usage led by agent Mink.
