Alloran Craseau

Alloran Craseau is the Relforsian delegate sent to Torrent to help hammer out the peace deal over The Generational War. His goals in Torrent are thus: to get war reparations from Steel Fist, to legalize the current Relforsian blockade around that country, and to push some of his personal goals, some of which aren't always in Relforsia's best interest.

He is a known gambler, and can often be seen downtown in Torrent gambling away his pension, many of the time being thrown out for counting cards. He misuses his prowess with the nation and beds with as many women as he can, and drags them away on private affairs using navy vessels. He has issues with race (humans being the only ones allowed to rule, in his opinion.), and is calling for the capture and execution of Sharnean delegate Ravenok Doreylin over the murder of Defense Councillor Aln. He is disliked by many members of the Electorate...but despite his failings as a person, he is an excellent negotiator and has been known to pull of seemingly impossible legislation, He often deals with nonhumans (under a guise of likeness, even though he is probably boiling hatred beneath) well.
