WrestleMania XIV was the fourteenth annual WrestleMania efed professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by the Global Wrestling Federation (GWF), which takes place on March 31, 2013 at Madison Square Garden in New York, New York

Background
WrestleMania XIV will feature professional wrestling matches involving different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds, plots, and storylines that play out on GWF's television programs. Wrestlers portray heels or faces as they followed a series of events that build tension, and culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches.
On January 27, 2013, Chris Kanyon won the 2013 Royal Rumble match, for the first time in his career. In doing so, he earned a GWF World Heavyweight Championship match at WrestleMania XIV. On the February 4 edition of Raw, he talked about winning the Rumble match, he also announced a tournament for Burchill's contender's at the title for Chaos Theory. On the March 25, 2013 episode of Raw Chris Kanyon is set to defend his WrestleMania Main event spot against former GWF World Heavyweight Champion Matt Murphy with the winner facing Paul Burchill at WrestleMania.
Another main match scheduled for WrestleMania is the annual Money in the Bank ladder Match with the winner receiving a World Heavyweight Championship Match anytime within the next twelve months. The participates for this years Money in the Bank ladder match invovle Wade Barrett, Matt Sydal, Booker T, Damien Sandow, Randy Orton and Buff Bagwell. On the March 11, 2013 episode of Raw there was numerous Money in the Bank qualifying matches the matches included; Wade Barrett defeating Batista, Matt Morgan and Jeff Hardy ended in a no contest, Matt Sydal defeated Buff Bagwell, Damien Sandow vs. Booker T ended in a draw it was later announced that both Booker and Sandow would both go to WrestleMania in the Money in the Bank ladder match, Randy Orton defeated Chris Candido by disqualification with the DQ win Orton advanced into his third Money in the Bank match in three years, and the main event of Raw was a Last Chance Money in the Bank qualifiers match; Buff Bagwell defeated Batista to advance to the Money in the Bank ladder match.
Another match scheduled for WrestleMania is a match for the GWF Women's Championship with the champion Ms. Brooks defending the Katie Lea the match was set after Katie Lea defeated Ms. Brooks last month at Chaos Theory. On the March 4, 2013 episode of Raw Ms. Brooks successfully defended the Women's Championship against Velvet Sky setting the match at WrestleMania to be Brooks vs. Katie Lea for the title.
Another match scheduled for the event is GWF Intercontinental Champion Chris Jericho defending the Intercontinental Championship against Tommy Drake in a Steel Cage match. Jericho defended the title against Drake on the March 11, 2013 episode of Raw Drake won the match by disqualification due to outside interference by Buff Bagwell who hit Drake with the title, Drake would announce that he would challenge for the title again at WrestleMania this time in a Steel Cage match. On the March 18, 2013 episode of Raw Jericho hosted the Highlight Reel with his guest and challenger Tommy Drake.
Another match scheduled for the show of shows is the 5th Annual WrestleMania special match with Triple H, Snitsky, Jack Swagger and Austin Aries already being announced for the match.
