Extreme Rules (2015) is an upcoming professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by IWE. It will take place on April 26, 2015 at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. It will be the seventh event under the Extreme Rules chronology.

Wrestlers will portray heroes or villains as they follow a series of events that build tension and culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches.

At WrestleMania 31, Dustin Simpson defeated Rusev to win the IWE United States Championship, marking Rusev's first loss via pinfall. On the April 2 episode of SmackDown, Rusev invoked his rematch clause to face Simpson for the title at the event. On the April 13 episode of Raw, after Simpson retained the title against Bad News Barrett, Rusev attacked Simpson with a chain. Lana then announced that the match would be a Russian Chain match.
