The main event of No Escape will be a Six-Man Tag Team  [[Elimination Chamber Match (AEW)|Elimination Chamber]] match with Team wMe consisting of [[Randy Orton (AEW)|Randy Orton]], [[Shawn Michaels (AEW)|Shawn Michaels]], and [[Tyler Reks (AEW)|Tyler Reks]]) facing off with The Resistance ([[Bray Wyatt (AEW)|Bray Wyatt]], [[Taz (AEW)|Taz]], and [[Mick Foley (AEW)|Cactus Jack]]). Wyatt returned last month at [[AEW The Last Stand (2013)|The Last Stand]] before to warn [[Wrestlemania Entertainment]] that a storm was coming. On February 18, Bray Wyatt continued his rant on taking out wMe once again, later that night [[James Storm (AEW)|James Storm]] turned his back on AEW by spitting and shattering a beer bottle over his partner's head, The Resistance came out and attacked the wMe superstars on the stage. On February 25, the Resistance and Wrestlemania Entertainment continued there rivalry when Heyman announced a Six-Man Tag Team Elimination Chamber match involving the Resistance facing Tyler Reks, Shawn Michaels and a Mystery partner. Wyatt interrupted Heyman who called out the wMe superstars, before they could come out the Resistance took them out, Randy Orton would come out only to turn his back on AEW and RKOing Bray Wyatt. On the March 4 addition of SLAM, Orton was given time to explain why he did what he did, he would go on to tell the world that he did it for his daughter Alanna Orton.

At the Last Stand pay-per-view Madison Rayne debuted [[Big Daddy V (AEW)|Big Daddy V]] who viciously attacked Kelly Kelly. On the February 25 addition of SLAM, it was announced that Kelly Kelly would defend the AEW Starlets United States Championship against Madison Rayne at No Escape. On the March 4 addition of SLAM, Kelly Kelly was interviewed about her match and had alot of remarks for Madison Rayne.

On the March 4, 2013 addition of SLAM a [[Hardcore Wrestling (AEW)|Hardcore Country Rules match]] was announced with [[Mickie James (AEW)|Mickie James]] facing [[Buggy Nova (AEW)|Buggy Nova]]. The feud began on the February 18, 2013 episode of SLAM when a match between Mickie James and Buggy Nova ended in a no contest. On February 25, 2013 it was made known via twitter that Mickie James and Buggy's feud was on going when they two were caught in a "twitter war".
