the Science Culture and Education Organisation is an organisation created via the II System ( Independant Iniatiative System). It promote Education, Science and Culture via differents acts, like opening of New Universities, Culture Consulate who will spread foreign culutre , via the creation of an IPWH List (Indepencent Pact World Heritage) and the attribution of a SCEO Label for project which meet SCEO aims.
