Flay is a Terran male about 31 years of age, 175cm (~5’ 9”) tall, and 68 kg (~150 lbs). He is not difficult to describe in the least, but many people fail to comprehend to just what degree his of cold and unfeeling his personality is. A real myrmidon who always follows orders without question and never feels remorse or regret. He has no friends to speak of, and that really doesn’t matter to him. He is logical and calculating, and while he does have feelings of course, he pays no attention to them. Some would say he is without a conscience, but that is wrong. It just so happens that his conscience is whatever mission parameters he happens to have the time. Because of these traits, Flay is often selected for clandestine assignments that others, including the higher ups in the organization, find unsavory.
Flay has sandy brown/blonde hair and pale skin. His eyes are a dark hazel. He is very strong, but almost always wears enough clothes to prevent anyone from seeing his legs or arms, so many people do not associate him with strength. His face and body language are always perfectly nondescript, so nothing can be gleaned as far that goes. Other than these features, Peter Flay is the perfect definition of average.
Personal History
Flay was born and raised on a small, insignificant planet in the Terran Sphere. At an early age he showed signs of anti-social behaviour, and numerous doctors suggested to his parents that a life with strict guidelines and rigid conformity would be the best thing to keep him on track. It was for this reason that his parents did whatever they could to put him on the fast track to a military scholarship. Luckily for them, Flay took to the role with the same level of detached acceptance as he did everything else, and excelled. By age 12 he was already on the lists of noted junior Freikorps recruitees, whom the Freikorps would accept into their own educational system and prepare them to be the best military officers they could possibly be. At age 16, Flay graduated early from and accelerated track and was given an immediate officers assignment as a Flight Lieutenant. This earned him cutting resentment, but, being how he is, it mattered little to him, and his life and career passed uneventfully in regards to interactions with fellow officers.
The Freiheit Exercise

Flay had a small role in the Freiheit Exercise, being among other officers including Tabias Sung, Ithaca Dainy, and Edmond Rivit handpicked by Zeth Holt to participate. This was his debut NPC appearance.
The Stahlhelm Exercise

Peter Flay appeared once in the Stahlhelm Rebellion, in command of a ship of the fleet instead of fighters.
