Walter Michael Townsend is a youth with a past shrouded in mystery. He is in the Psion RP, where he made a big splash in a violent outburst which resulted in several angry students and one gettign shoved flat on her but. A small paper that fell out of his back pocket resulted in it being found out that he was sent to Deegan Academy from a Youth Correctional Facility in Oklahoma as part of "Psion Rehabilitation Program", and he is also labled as a "Dangerous Individual". He walks around with an angry look on his face at all times, and is know for a short volitile temper. He refuses to speak with anyone unless it benefits him, in which case, he's straight forward and to the point, to a point of being abrupt and rude. Once he knows what he needs, he'll break off from the conversation. He is violent, and willing to fight at any moment. His psionic power is force projection, although he prefers to use his fists when he fights. Despite his dark, unhuman exterior, he is still human, and won't punch girls, children younger then him, or injured people, even offering help if need be.
