Brief Description
A former cyborg and member of the MPLF, Peter's body was destroyed in battle with the DF. Luckily for him, he managed to upload his consciousness and soul to the Internet.
Physical Description
None at present. However, if he has to use an avatar, he'll normally go with his old appearance, that of a blond haired, blue eyed young man, dressed in a plaid jacket, white shirt and jeans.
Personality
Friendly, honest, hardworking and loyal, at least to those who deserve it, Peter was programmed with a heart of gold. He initially joined the MPLF out of his hatred of tyrants, but isn't really a violent person or hardcore anarchist.
Powers
Godlike cracking. in life Peter was a skilled programmer, so now that he's freed from the restraints of a physical body, he's powers have only increased. However, he's still no match for RAI, at least on his own.
However, he can be something that RAI can't. This is temporally upload someone else's mind. However, he can only maintain one such companion at a time.
