"It's the year 203X (I'm too lazy to think of a year) and no, technology is pretty much the same. A few flying cars, but that's about it. The police force has become overwhelmed, and has decided to do something about it. Looking for the best of the best, the Blackson City Police Force has come up with the Vigilante Corps. Professionally they are called Vigilantes, but on the streets, they are known as Vigis (veegees). Once licensed, a Vigi has almost full freedom from the law when necessary, but MUST list all possible offences, so that the BCPF knows what they are doing, and can document it.

Along with the license comes responsibility though. And danger. One of the biggest crime lords in the city, Big Jack P. Manker, has been hiring the meanest and most ruthless thugs in the area.

War has been declared, and the city is the battleground.

However, word of a legendary gunslinger, known only as Streak, has filtered through to the leaders of the Vigis, and to Big Jack. They both want him, and will do what ever it takes to put him on their side.
