Machinima

In the context of DRAW Your Own Story, Machinima is a fancy term to describe an artistic medium consisting of comics compiled from in-game screenshots. Quality can range from frames of opportunity, to carefully constructed scenes, and encompasses both two- and three-dimensional engines. Garry's Mod is the common game that is used in Machinima thanks in part to it's nature as a sandbox mod.
Sometimes, if the author wishes to have characters appear from one game engine to another. They have two choices; port the model in question or rely on the Blue/Green Screen Method while using a Green/Blue map. Porting is the most challenging and difficult where as the use of a greenscreen is the easiest
