Road To First Gold
After only a few weeks of signing a contract with DXX, The Rock united with Samoa Joe to form the Nation of Domination and to feud with the dominant nWo, in what was a memorable feud. The Rock and Samoe Joe would become dominant tag team champions, until the day where The Rock threw his tag title off of a bridge and left the company. Apparently, the reason for this departure from the company was the problems backstage The Rock had with his former tag team partner, Samoa Joe.

Third Return
Upon The Rock's third return to the company, The Rock came back and won his first match back against John Farquhar. On the following week, The Rock faced Johnny Relentless, in a match he came out short, due to the interference of Angel of Death, an act that would lead to a match Angel of Death and The Rock that would result in a draw.
Following 2 weeks of abscence The Rock returned and faced, once again, Steve Austin, a man he knew very well from previous years. Both men had an history with each other and, at the end of the day, it was Steve Austin who came out victorious from that bout. After 3 matches without a win, The Rock would go out to face and lose, one more time, to Khwame Myles.
Fourth Return
After about one month of abscence, The Rock re-signed with D-Generation XX and is set to make his in-ring debut on October 3rd, 2008.
