Yushan Tien

Yushan Tien is a celestial dragon of the Court of Storms. Immense in size and power, the dragon was for a time trapped within the Book of Silver and Jade. Tainted by Erlan, the dragon rampaged across Southern China, causing destruction and glutting the river dragons beyond their capacity. Massive flooding drowned many of the people, and wiped out the crops leaving those behind to starve to death. Unable to contain the dragon and necessitating speed to save the remaining people in the land, Grandfather Lei and Grandmother Fung were forced to trap the celestial dragon within the book. Later released due to events involving Hao Wei and Dewei, the dragon scared off the local population of air elementals and gathered power. Inadvertantly summoned by the two mages when trying to contact a local air spirit, Yushan Tien began to ravage the area with a hurricane force storm. Dewei used his previous experience freeing Ti-Lung to his benefit, seeing that Yushan was infected by a parasitic bane and helping Hao separate it from the celestial dragon and trap the offending spirit in the book where it belonged. Yushan Tien has returned to his Court, granting high praise to the Wei Family for their achievement.
