I figured it could be a world building "guide" for the sexual or non-game stuff in the stories. I already mentioned to someone else here about some of my ideas for how raiders would treat women if this world was real life, not to mention the slavery, and the captives you find randomly throughout some of the different games in super mutant camps. One way you can get the characters exposed, without having them just run around exposed for thrills. As your clothes take damage, you start exposing things unless you repair them. I know 4 doesn't really have the whole durability thing, but 3 does, and it would still fit in the lore, even though it might be slightly different from the game itself. I guess I will let you give your thoughts about that. After all, battling a horny deathclaw wouldn't matter if you have clothing damage or not.
