Rowan McWylie is a Australian-American actor. McWylie was scouted at the Clumsy Global Auditions 12'-13' at the Hilton Central Hotel , located in Sydney. Prior to his acting activities he was a first year student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Early life and family
Born Peter Rowan Wylie McKathy, an only child, was born in Sydney, Australia. His mother, Sherri Jane (née Wielhibern), is a former company senior manager; born in America to Russian parents, moved with her family from Jackson of Mississippi, to Australia during her teenage years. His father, Horatio George McKathy, is a media publisher. A sixth-generation Australian, McWylie's father is half English and half German. His maternal grandmother, Yieva Wielhibern, was Sacha Simirnic in Russia.
McWylie's parents met in the second last year of high school and married during the last year of university.
