"ミルクセーキ恋人" (directly translated as 'Milkshake Lovers') is a single from Japanese pop artist Yuga Akiyama, the second to be released digitally independent from his come back album The Bokuman Experience (2013) after ピエロの回顧録. Produced by Miss Low and described as a vinatge pop style track, it was released December 5, two days prior to the album's release, acting as it's official title track. Its lyrics has been penned by Akiyama with his first romantic relationship which occured in junior high school as the central theme.

On the day of release the single made its debut and peak at #1 across all music charts within two hours. Physically the single sold more than 700,000 copies on the first day, including oversea sales and pre-orders. Digitally the single sold close to 800,000 in ten hours. With such results the single managed to stay firmly on the top of the chart for consecutive weeks.
