AD 200*
Somehow laughter coming from the Emissaries activates the crashed Agency vessel on Horsefair Street, activating the stasis pod ressurecting Clark Baxter and Ted Whiskey, they then resume their duties prior to the crash and set about creating The Agency to aid the Emissaries on their travels.
