Bio

Ted Whiskey is a cowboy of old, his only friends are the open plains and the sheriff of the town, Clark Baxter. The two joined forces to change the universe to fit their own desires using the Xylon5.

Baxter and himself were the founding members of the Agency and brought forth the clones that then did their bidding to re-create the Threads of Time.
