Bio

Baxter left the mean streets of the Bronx following a shoot-out that saw Baxter holding off against a hoard of wild cattle. The cattle stomped 67 orphans to death, Baxter vowed that he would travel to the old west and learn the ways of the cowboy so that such a tragedy would never happen again on his watch.

While in Wyoming he became the sheriff and befriended Ted Whiskey, the pair then formed The Agency and set about taking over the universe.
