Phayre is a moderately active member of Charas, known primarily for her gifts of virtual vanilla coke, emphasis on storyline in games, lack of Y chromosome (femaleness, for those who fail), and status as first mayor of Charas.

Early membership
Phayre joined Charas in a fit of n00bdom, from which she has partially recovered.
Joining
Phayre found Charas in April of 2007 while searching for sprites from Tales of Destiny, a game she has a decidedly unhealthy obsession with. A Google search brought her to Charas's complete resources, where she was reminded of her long past experiments with RPG Maker. being far more intelligent and focused than she previously was, she decided to retry game making.
Project Prosper
Phayre's first game (not counting those worked on in middle school, long long ago, which she does not clearly remember) was entitled Project Prosper, and was greatly influenced by the fact that her younger sister was involved and they had very different ideas. The story was weak, at best, and involved a blue haired guy with a large sword and a missing eye. That is all that was ever clearly agreed upon between the game's makers. Her first post was a request for a title screen for this game. Thankfully, this project was dropped, but lives on in the form of several tongue in cheek references in Phayre's current work.
Tutorial
After using her first post to mooch, Phayre felt bad and decided that perhaps people would like her better if she contributed to the community. Being a writer, she decided to pen a tutorial entitled "How To Make Interesting Characters", which consists mostly of outlandish examples and ranting, but has been deemed effective by many. She still updates this when she feels inclined, which is usually when she needs to procrastinate.
Team Storyline
In another attempt to help out around the forums, Phayre created a storyline time, around the same time another was formed. Eventually the two got mushed together and became Team Storyline. Unfortunately, most people do not want help with their stories and would rather go their own way with them, so the team has been inactive.
Current
Phayre is busy with life and recovering from illness, and thus has not been on Charas as much as she once was.
Mayordom
In May of 2008, Charas held its first mayoral election. The position of mayor was to be a bridge between mods and normal members, and also a way to stir up life in the forums again. Phayre entered, promising vanilla coke, and won, to the surprise of quite a few including herself. Whether this is because everyone loves vanilla coke, everyone loves females, or possibly due to some unknown merit she has displayed has yet to be determined. In an effort to be useful, Phayre has since initiated a mayoral game contest to bring interest to the original purpose of Charas. She has also lobbied for updates to the Wiki and more specific subforums.
Ember Sky
Ember Sky is Phayre's current RPG Maker project. Although a demo has been released, Phayre encountered massive holes in her coding and crappiness in execution, and has decided to restart completely. The second version is still in progress. The main emphasis is on the storyline, as Phayre does not enjoy creating complex graphics and custom systems.
Et cetera
Phayre is known for many small quirks and in jokes, many of which are not understood by the vast majority of Charas.
Avatar
Phayre's most frequently used avatar is a common animation of a super deformed Squall Leonhart from "Final Fantasy VIII", coupled with the subtitle Not A Leon or Say Leon and die or something like that, referencing her disdain for all things Kingdom Hearts. Phayre is, in a decidedly fangirlish way, a fan of Squall and "Final Fantasy VIII". Other avatars have included Soma Cruz from Castlevania: Aria Of Sorrow" and Fai D. Flourite from "Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle". As a joke, she swapped Squall out for Leon Magnus from "Tales of Destiny", which no one seemed to understand, much to her disappointment.
Vanilla coke
Phayre has gone through periods where the only think she will consume is Vanilla Coke Zero, which she used to enjoy very much. As a result, she began to offer vanilla coke as gifts to people on the forum. Although she no longer drinks the sludge, she has frequently been IMed with requests for soda.
