A popular recent use of the creative arts forum is to host user made webcomics. They're usually made with paint, a basic program that comes with many Windows installations. However, some use other much fancier programs to make more elaborate and more detailed ones.

A program (I assume) that was made by WarFan. It can be used to produce random characters for your games using Charas generator resources. It's great for those who use randomly made NPCs for their towns and cities. It also generates names.
