Whether it be a picture you drew or a midi that you made, members come to post their own custom non-RPG maker works.
Creative arts is moderated by Moosetroop11. Many impressive artists and musicians have posted their work there over time.
Comics
A popular recent use of the creative arts forum is to host user made webcomics. They're usually made with paint, a basic program that comes with many Windows installations. However, some use other much fancier programs to make more elaborate and more detailed ones.
As of now, only two comic series are not kick-able so to say. Charas Comix by MrMister and Epic Adventures by Moosetroop11.
