Hardcore Wrestling Organization (HWO) is an independent backyard wrestling federation based in Shreveport, LA, founded in 2003 by Steven Hardy, Stone Hardy & The Joker. Steven Hardy one of the owner's is focus on technical, puroresu, lucha libre and high-risk extreme spots more so then hardcore wrestling.

History
Origin
In 2004, Steven Hardy, Stone Hardy & The Joker started up HWO, after they had been out of backyard wrestling for a few years. Steven Hardy faced Stone Hardy for the HWO World Heavyweight Championship in a Full metal match for the federations first taped match.
Home Video
Steven Hardy was working in connection with local distributors to release a series of DVD's titled (The Deathmatch Rivalry), So far there have been 3 volumes released and production has started for a 4th volume. Template:HWO DVDS

After being let go by BWE Stone Hardy re-open HWO by putting together the first ever HWO Legacy
