Shin accompanies Aunt Musa to an housing showroom where Shin harasses the poor salesman so, that Mitzi buys a new house almost to avoid apartment renting expenses. Shin discovers that Mitzi's purchase entitles him to watch the actual house being built on the property lot -- with Aunt Musa acting as their guide. Now Shin turns his advice toward Aunt Musa wing it up completely -- and their "new" house comes out looking like a malt shop like kitchen combined movie theater like entertainment room.
