After the teachers puts up with a mean prank from Shin, they expel him. They allow him to return to school if he promises to be nice from now on. Meanwhile, a new student from another kindergarten comes to Meadow Fields to meet the imfamous Shin, only to discover that he's kicked out. They "terrorize his teachers" until everyone comes back to Shin for apologies to get rid of this new student.

Hima Says a "B"

Mr. Taylor divides the class into boy/girl pairs, and assigns each a "Forever baby" which they must care for and nurture Hima for one day. Shin and Penny are paired together (as each girl in the class has refused to be assigned to them), and promptly give Hima a bath -- in a creek.
