Shin Chan and The California Stimps/School Trippin'

The Meadow Fields Kindergarten kids, parents, and staff set out to a international school convention in Florida, but are greeted by the CloverLeaf Kindergarten representatives and Miss Anderson's Special Ed class from the Hill Valley Technical School for Special Needs. Shin gets a letter from an admirer which turns out to be Penny's mother by the codename "Patty-sama".

Josh-chan "Mr. Taylor": [whispering into Ruko's ear] I think Shin needs someone to be his sleepover friend. Someone who won't run away. Be his guardian angel! The nicest guardian angel you be.

Ruko "Miss Ruko": Well, I didn't really want to head back home. I didn't get to wish Shin a "Good Luck".
International School Convention Host: Who's that kid?
Shin: [on the Mic] Now you parents, forgive your loud kids and your grandkids, don't you see? People today have depression spans that can only be forgiven... [Josh takes the mic away from Shin] Hey! Would you just hold on a minute? I'm not finished yet!
Josh-chan "Mr. Taylor": Sorry about the disruption, folks, but Shin always does his speech during the conference. This year somebody told him not to.
Masa: Come on, Mr. Taylor, let's hear Shin out!
Po: Yeah. Let us hear what he has to say.
"Josh-Chan" Mr. Taylor: What? Are you serious?
Audience: [yelling] Let the kid speak.
"Josh-Chan" Mr. Taylor: All right. [gives the microphone back to Shin]
Shin: [on the Mic] But more than anything, isn't this conference about gettin' rid of your old selves and just start a new life with your new selves? I remember. I remember a long time ago, I terrorize everybody. You guys took me in. I guess that's why it kills me to see get rid of my old self. If we can't put forgiveness within ourselves... then our old selves are out of this conference. Certainly out of me. I know I'll never go back to my old self again. I have journied the waters of the Lagoon of the Old Self! I'm begging you, as a representative of the Meadow Fields Kindergarten, hear this out!

"Josh-chan" You know she has no choice.
Shin: [looking at Lilo's storybook. the picture says 'I'm lost!'] R-Ru-Ruko-chan... Ruko-chan.
Ruko-chan: Yeah?
Shin: [to Ruko] I like you better as a godmother and friend.
"Josh-Chan" Mr. Taylor: Take note of this. This creature is hereby sentenced to life in exile, a sentence that shall be henceforth served out here, on Earth. And as Godchild err Godbaby of Ruko, Shin is hereby under the protection of the United Intergalactic Federation. I'll be checking on you both.
